This is the update check of technitium-console. At /dns-query it answers DNS-over-HTTPS for one name, latest.technitium-console.pages.dev, with a TXT record that says which release is the latest.

Your DNS server asks it at most once a day per browser, so that the console can tell you when a newer one is out. The code is in update-check/.
